SorbIts® reusable oil absorbents are provided through a recurring industrial supply program with included laundering and replacement.

Because SorbIts® absorbents are placed into service upon delivery, returns are not accepted once delivered.

Customers may cancel future service by contacting ITU AbsorbTech Customer Response Center at [email protected] or through available account management options. To avoid charges for the next scheduled service cycle, cancellation requests must be submitted more than ten (10) business days prior to the next scheduled service date.

Charges apply only to products and services that have already been delivered or are scheduled in accordance with the program. Refunds are not available for products or services that have been delivered or placed into service.
